Fits 289 & 302 Engines
(on the mustang unlimited site, it states that it also fits a 260, however I am not sure)
Includes: 1 oil pan; 1 cork gasket set.
Condition of Item: New, never installed. Purchased but had in storage for a few years.  Condensation built up and as a result water pooled in the corner, there is minor superficial rust, it is shown in pictures.
