Antique 1910's Sharar Bezalel Large Brass Plate Tray Jewish Palestine Israel

Made of very thick and heavy brass weighing 2 pounds, 7.4 ounces. 15.9 inches in diameter. No damage or repairs. I've never seen a brass Bezalel tray like this. From the ribbed paneling to the hand hammering to the raised relief scene in the center, the quality is very high. Even the hook on the back is quite large, thick and well made. I was tempted to clean and polish it, but I decided to leave it as I found it. Judging from the rarity of this form and the quality, I think this was sold at a Bezalel exhibit in Europe or America.
