Collectible Industrial Textile Mill Spoolcirca early 1900s
Made of Hardwood with brass still intact
12 inches tall
There are three historical textile mills that I know of in Missouri where this item was found. It is unknown to me for sure which textile mill it came from, but similar spools have been seen at the Historical Watkins Mill. They were used to hold thread or yarn during the industrial weaving process.
