The Northwood Glass Company made this Cranberry Opalescent butter dish top. It you have the bottom this would be a rare chance to get the top piece. Please see our other eBay listings for many other pieces of glass.
The butter lid is in good condition with
no
chips, cracks or discolorations. There is a straw mark under the clear glass finial when it was put on the top. To someone that doesn’t know about old glass, they might think it is a crack. However it is not and you can’t feel it or see the whole plane of glass inside the butter lid. Last, there is a tiny flaw of extra glass on the inside right next to where the straw mark is. If you don’t understand these features, please don’t purchase this wonderful piece of glass. We are a nonsmoking home/shop and there are no odors on this piece.
eBay now has started to collect sales tax from some states. We have nothing to do with it. Buyers are responsible for checking eBay policy on sales tax. eBay will be adding more states to the collection list in the future. Any questions on sales tax would be to eBay and not us.
