    This is an oil strainer 8G610 and pipe 2A41 out of an Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite
    . It is correct for early BMC A Series engines (803-earlier 948cc), including a Morris Minor up to (e) 320829. Not going to lie, it came out of a long, long time sitter and the oil was more sludge than liquid.  I got the first layer off, but it is going to need a deeper clean.  Still, these old style strainers are hard to find and larger than the next generation.  Overall this will be a great one to work with once it is cleaned up.
