German 1920's silver-plated Sewing Necessaire Compendium scissor, thread

Description

A rare model three cotton reel with a central needles and scissor case. This 1920's sewing necessaire was made in Germany. The reel case holds a small pair of fold- out scissors which is also the closing cap of the case and has room for a few needles. (needles are not included) . The length is 5 cm and diameter approx.1.3 cm.
The reel case is marked on the top with the letters D.R.G.M. (
Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster)
and it reads versiert which translates silver-plated.
