Sam Browne belt w/holster

Description

Sam Browne belt with sword frog and open top holster. Leather is supple. No markings on the belt other than the prior owners initials on the reverse side. Looks like RAR also to name RUSSELL Belt is 2 1/8 inches wide and will fit up to a 41" waist. Perhaps a touch more. The sword frog was well used for a sword as you can plainly see the spread when the sword was entered. The holster is in good order and was well used as you can see the mound of the service revolvers cylinder. The owner also used a cleaning rod as there is rod channel to the rear of the holster and a small scrap mark where the rod exited. Good collectible piece. Particularly for size and condition.
