Model #645-401, designed and manufactured by Springfield Instrument Company.  It is made of brown hard plastic with a woodgrain finish and is wall mounted.  There are  three measuring devices.  The thermometer measures the temperature in Celcius and Fahrenheit.   The  barometer is trimmed with a brass ring and measures the atmospheric pressure.  The hygrometer is also trimmed with a brass ring  and measures the humity.  All have adjusting screws. All instruments appear to be in working order.  It measures 24" high x 6 3/4" wide x 2" deep.  It is previously owned and in beautiful condition.  The key is not included.
