Tefillin T’fillin Tfillin Phylacteries very good condition

Description

Up for auction is a set of tefillin. They are used but in very good to excellent condition. One tefillin is for the head and the other is for the arm. The parchments are still inside, they have not been taken apart.
There are no breaks in the gut string on either of the tefillin. These tefillin have not been used much at all.
The tefillin bases are crafted from two separate pieces of leather, which would make them peshutim ( if I am correct ).
These would make for an excellent spare set of perhaps bar-mitzvah tefillin.
The leather straps, on both of the tefillin, are in very good to excellent condition.
The tefillin also come with a pouch. It is in very good to excellent condition. It uses a draw string for the closure.
The tefillin also come with the outer protective cardboard boxes. They are in good to very good condition.
Again, these tefillin are used, but still in very good to excellent condition. They have not been used much at all.
With all of the above being said, I cannot certify these as kosher. I do not have a certificate of inspection for these nor have I had them inspected. I do not know the condition of the parchments inside. The description is based on an exterior looking over, and everything appears to be fine. No damage and the black coloring looks good. No breaks in the gut cord.
