    Description

    Measuring 10" Tall x 9" Long x 1" Diameter, this gorgeous wood wall art sculpture was acquired during an Arabian Horse National Show in 1988 at the artist's exhibit showing there, & it is signed & dated Rob Smith 1988 on the horse's back--in the diameter's width on top, actually.  Note also that there is a hanger on its back side.
    It is in excellent vintage condition, with few flaws--there are a few scratches on the side of the horse & foal, which are barely noticeable when hung on a wall at a distance; also,
    when listing this, I saw t
    hat there is a fine Superglued
    repair at the base of the tail that I didn't even notice until looking at the photos from the top(see Photos #5 & 9).
    These few things detract very little from the overall beauty & symmetry of the gorgeous Arabian mare & foal, & I've already taken them into account with the price of this fine artist-signed & dated treasure.
