    Description

    In this listing - small bench mount machinist's/gunsmith's vice found during a metal detecting outing on a family farm property.  The vice was found under some lumber in what we believe was the farm's small blacksmith shop.  The farm dates to the early 1800's .  I am not sure what the vice was used for but it is an interesting piece.
    It is about 6" X 3" - the part on top of the thumb screw adjuster flips up and down as does the piece at the top of the L.
