Vtg Early Victorian Edwardian Cotton Collar Cutter Antique Doll Millinery

Sweet early collar. I show the collar in the first picture...the rest are repeats.
Show storage dirt and age spots....yellowed...dark. Musty smell.  The thin cotton fabric of the collar did not have any holes I could see. I very gently tugged on it and it did not pull apart but I am sure it is fragile and will need gentle use.
I tried to show every inch of the collar so please study the pictures as I could easily have missed something.
